About the studio
Oustack is a Microsoft 365 automation studio led by Duodu Effah, working with small and mid-sized teams across Canada and the United States. We bring eight years of turning what a business actually needs into systems it can run without us.
Currently
- Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an agent in Copilot Studio, earned 2026
- Microsoft PL-900, Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 automation consulting through Oustack
How we work
- The first conversation is about the process, not the platform.
- Scope it against something measurable, build it, document it so someone else can own it.
- Sometimes the honest answer is that an agent is the wrong shape, and it should be an app or a form or nothing.
Track record
- Ten or more client accounts at a time as the technical point of contact, from requirements through build, deployment and adoption
- LLM agents on the GPT and Claude APIs before Copilot Studio existed
- Fifty or more platforms evaluated, every recommendation defended to the person paying for it
- AI Engineering Specialization, Scrimba · M.Ed, University of British Columbia
